VOR use case outlines an automated process for retail order fulfillment and delivery. It begins with retailers sending pick lists to customer distribution centers, where pickers are assigned to retrieve listed products from the warehouse and collect them onto customer half pallets, monitored by DStackers. Pallets undergo SKU Verification at the wrapping station, utilizing AI deep learning technology to ensure order accuracy. QC Bot application gives visibility to users if there are discrepancies in SKU verification and allows users to correct any errors that may occur. Load validation confirms the correct pallets are loaded onto trucks using RFID and visual controls. Trucks equipped with duo lifts deliver pallets to retailers, tracked in real-time with Delivery IoT for operational visibility. Finally, drivers collaborate with clerks through an in-store delivery app powered by AI to confirm order accuracy upon delivery.

Features:

  • Retailers send pick lists to customer distribution centers
  • Pickers are assigned to pick lists and they pull the products in the pick list from the warehouse and collect them on Rehrig half pallets. DStackers are used to monitor incoming and outgoing half pallets and full pallets.
  • Those pallets get audited and wrapped for delivery at the wrapping station. Using AI deep learning technology and an integrated solo or tandem pallet wrapper system, this solution validates the accuracy or every SKU for every order and this step is called SKU Verification
  • Occasionally, those pallets have errors and need to be corrected at the QC Bot
  • Load Validation solution verifies the right pallet customer order is loaded on the right truck, in the right sequence using RFID and visual controls at the dock door.
  • Those trucks deliver the pallets to the retailer using duo lifts. Delivery IoT is a real time tracking solution giving operators visibility to Fusion delivery solutions, such as movement, maintenance and operator performance.
  • Drivers work with the clerk to check-in the product using an in-store delivery app. In-store delivery solution is an AI powered check-in delivery solution that provides visual confirmation of order accuracy at point or delivery.
